After four months, ngayon lang ako nakapag-change ng layout for this site! Hahaha. Nakakatamad kasi mag-edit-edit. Anyway, the layout I’m using now is made by Karen. Ang ganda, di ba? Why is it that when you’re older it is more difficult to lose weight? That is so unfair! LOL.

Kidding aside, I think the most logical explanation is that when you’re older, your metabolism tends to slow down.  So you need more effort and discipline as far as your weight is concerned.

Ok, fair enough then.

But come to think of it, does it also mean that when you’re older you also need the help of quick weight loss pills to compensate for your slow and deteriorating metabolism?

Gadgets and other electronic devices are really cheap in the US. I have proven it many times so I told myself that I would never buy any gadgets here in the Philippines anymore. I’d rather have someone from the US buy one for me.
